Fall Photo Shoot

Yesterday was a practically perfect fall day and I needed to take a break from the "busy-ness" of life and I declared it was time to go do what now seems to be our annual fall photo shoot. We went to a local park and it made for a beautiful backdrop! Abby and Molly were quite the little models and we like the end result of many of the photos. We had lots of smiles and fun on this bright and sunny day! If you get a chance, take a look back at the blog from last year's fall photo shoot in November and see how Abby and Molly have changed. For some reason, they keep getting older (not I...just them)!

Just Having Fun!

Casual lovin' sisters!

Molly is on top of the world!

"Don't worry Abby -- I wont' let your head fall off!"

Not sure these are faces even their mother can love!!
I warned them if they make the faces, the picture may
end up
on the blog. They were given plenty of warning. :o)
Silly girls! Need I say more?

Molly's Fall Photos

It's always surprising to me how Molly loves to get her picture taken when we do these "photo shoots." She just poses and and I click away. We got some cute ones this time around, don't you think?

Abby's Fall Photos

It's too hard to decide which pictures of Abby to include, so here's several for your viewing pleasure. It's a mom's prerogative to do such things!

Camping Anyone?

Molly's recent fascination with cat's cradle!

Does camping get any better than this?

Finally after years of being asked, we decided to take the plunge and go camping with our college group of friends. All of the other families have camped at least once a year together for years, but we have always said, "Thanks, but no thanks." The last weekend of September we went to Pymatuning State Park in PA just for a one night overnight excursion and even though part of me hates to admit it, we did have fun. The weather was absolutely perfect and as always, we had made great memories with our friends. Paul, Molly and I slept in a camper while Abby slept in a tent with some of the other kids. Part of the enjoyment was just getting away and leaving the responsibilities of real life at home!
